Beach Pea and most of its employees are proud members of the Green Alliance—a coop of businesses and people dedicated to using local and sustainable products, as well as fostering the progression of living and working green. If you are a Green Alliance member, you are entitled to a free loaf with a purchase of $20 or more.

Taste of the Nation and Other Local Charities

For the past several years, Beach Pea has been involved with Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation, a charity event held in Portsmouth to help end childhood hunger. In addition to that, each quarter Beach Pea donates their time, money, and products to various charity events throughout the region.

All left over bread at the end of each business day is donated to local organizations to minimize waste.
