Ciabatta

Traditional white French dough with the subtle taste and aroma of dried rosemary leaves.

Roasted Garlic Boule

Made from our original wheat berry starter from 2002. Whole garlic loaves are roasted until golden and sweet, then added to a white sourdough. Shaped into a round loaf, or a “boule”. Great for sandwiches and toast.

Country French

A blend of whole wheat, rye, and unbleached white flour that creates the perfect bread for soups and sandwiches.

Baguette

A French classic. Light, irregular crumb, and a great crust.

Fougasse

Rosemary adds a twist to this traditional French flatbread. Irresistibly delicious, beautiful and aromatic, it makes for a great bread to share with friends and family. Finished with 100% pure olive oil and coarse sea salt.

Multi Grain

Packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants thanks to our add-ins: quinoa, toasted flax seeds, sesame seeds and whole wheat berries.

Bialy

Similar to a bagel, this Polish bread roll is filled in the center and baked in the oven. We offer a traditional bialy with onion and poppyseeds in the center, as well as an Everything-style bialy with cheddar cheese in the center. Have it as-is, or try one of our Bialy Sandwiches for breakfast.

Semolina

Durum flour gives this bread its unique sweet, nutty flavor and soft, irregular crumb with a golden crust of white and black sesame.

Brioche Loaves and Buns

This bread is studded with golden raisins and dried cranberries, rolled in cinnamon sugar before baking and finished with a citrus glaze. One pound loaves or 4 ounce buns.

Offered on Saturday and Sunday (rolls and loaves).

Focaccia
This soft and chewy flatbread is dressed with basil, oregano, parmesan and sea salt. Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Maine Graine Sourdough
Made with flour from Skowhegan Maine. This whole wheat sour dough bread is a great way to start or end any day.
Wheat Free Loaf
We make our gluten-free loaf with chickpea, oat and tapioca flour. Offered on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Baker's Choice
Available on Saturday and Sunday. Usually some type of sourdough.
