Ordering Policy

Cupcakes

We ask that you place a order a week in advance. Not all of our cupcake flavors are made daily, for our most accurate flavor option and availability call the bakery. Custom decorations and flavors must be approved by our cake decorator and there may an additional fee.

Sweets, Morning Goods, and General Baked Goods

We ask that you give the bakery as much notice as possible for orders larger them 12 items. A 48 hour notice is preferred, so we can accommodate all advanced orders, and also have product available to sell in our store to walk in customers . All of our Morning goods, except our croissants, are on a rotating seasonal schedule. Call us or stop by in person for our current flavor options.

Salads and Sandwiches

Our lunch service runs daily form 10:30 – 3:00. Customers can call the bakery and place a advanced lunch order with a member of our counter staff, or you can come in and order lunch in person. Lunch orders left in a voicemail for the day of will not be filled. You must speak to a customer service representative to place a lunch order over the phone. If your lunch order is larger then normal, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate everyone.

Catering

If you are interested in having beach pea cater your event or party please reach out to us via email or call our bakery. When you reach out please be sure to let us know the date of your event and how many people are coming. Kindly let us know as far in advance as you can so we can accommodate all request.

Artisan Breads

We encourage our customers to order our breads in advance. Please be aware that our breads are made fresh every day and that our breads have varying out of oven times. Please call our bakery for our most accurate bread schedule and selections.

Fougasse is available everyday and come out at 9:30!

We have had to stop making and taking cake orders due to on going staffing issues. We are however taking orders for cupcakes. We hope to get back to making cakes soon. Thank you for your continued support.

Care and Handling

Artisan Breads

~Our fresh bread will keep in a paper bag for up to three days uncut. The crust will become more pronounced but the crumb inside will stay nice and soft.

~If the bread is cut, keep the cut side down on a cutting board or wrapped tight in a plastic bag.

~To refresh the crust simply place the loaf in a 350°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

Desserts
To ensure the best tasting and most satisfying desserts start by keeping your cupcakes and other fine desserts refrigerated. Our ingredients are all natural and we don’t use any preservatives, this makes some of our dessert items temperature sensitive .
